WordPress Information

WordPress is well-known for its ease of installation. Under most circumstances, installing WordPress is a very simple process and takes less than five minutes to complete. Wordpress.org already have complete installation guide. You can find article "How to install WordPress" here.

Logging In

To get started you need to login into your account. You should already have login data. If not please contact our support team

1. Visit your website's admin URL: yourwebsite.com/epanel
2. Enter your username and password.
3. Click Log In to access the WordPress Dashboard.

Understanding the Dashboard

The WordPress Dashboard is your control center. Here are the key sections:

1. Posts Manage blog articles.
2. Pages Manage blog articles.
3. Media Manage blog articles.
4. Appearance Manage blog articles.
5. Plugins Manage blog articles.
6. Settings Manage blog articles.
7. Rank Math SEO Manage SEO settings (if applied)
8. WPML Manage translations (if applied)

Editing a Page or Post

Gutenberg is WordPress's default editor, designed for creating content using blocks. Content is organized into blocks like text, images, headings, etc. Easily reorder blocks by dragging them.

Steps to Create:

1. Go to Posts > Add New (for blog articles) or Pages > Add New (for static pages).
2. Enter the title at the top.
3. Use the Add Block (+) button to insert blocks like:
• Paragraph: For text.
• Heading: For titles or section headers.
• Image: Upload or select images... etc

Common Gutenberg Block Customizations:

1. Click on any block to see options in the right-hand sidebar (e.g., text alignment, font size, image alt text).
2. Use the toolbar above each block for quick actions like bolding text or adding links.

Once your page or post is ready:

1. Click Preview to see how it looks. OR
2. Click Publish to make it live

Managing Media

You can add or remove medias like images and documents.

• Go to Media > Add New to upload files.
• Drag and drop images or use the uploader.
• Use the Media Library to view and manage uploaded files.

Theme settings

SM theme offer multiple customization. Most of theme you can find in Wordpress Admin under “Theme Options”.

Here you can change general theme settings like default home page, favicon or turning on back on top button.

Header / Footer

In Header / Footer you can customize header and footer templates. You can change your head to sticky or non sticky

Templates

It includes multiple shourtcuts to template customizations.

Blog

Here you can change blog settings like Excerpt Max Words

WooCommerce

If you have installed WooCommerce plugin, you can customize WooCommerce templates.

Contact Form

Here you can change settings of contact form 7. You can customize text and background color. Button styles and other settings

Updates

You can update theme using Wordpress installer or manually using FTP

It is important to note that updating your theme may cause compatibility issues. It is recommended that you sign up for maintenance with us, which includes regular backups in addition to updates.
